Independent Living with Services is designed to provide affordable housing for seniors. Whether a person requires medical support or can maintain a totally independent lifestyle, Arbor Terrace is a distinctive alternative for persons 62 or older.

The facility features 51 attractive apartments with a selection of four different apartment styles and sizes. Each unit has individually-controlled heating and cooling and is handicapped accessible. The emergency call system is monitored 24 hours a day by trained staff. Nursing staff is on-duty 24/7.  Basic health care services are available when needed.

The monthly fee includes a private apartment, full breakfast, all utilities (except phone and cable), wireless emergency response system, 24/7 on-duty nurse staff, weekly light housekeeping, weekly transportation, planned activities, community room, ecumenical services and bible studies. Services available at an additional charge are: laundry services, guest suite for family, hair care services, rehabilitative therapies, and the gift shop.
