Todd Frank – Owner/President

Todd came to ServiceMaster in 1996 as Owner/President of the Green Bay location.  With a BA from PurdueUniversity in Chemical Engineering he was drawn to the science of restoration.  Over the years Todd has expanded his holdings to include offices in Green Bay,  Appleton, Brookfield,  Ashland, and Rhinelander, Wisconsin.  Todd has coordinated restoration projects throughout the country during natural disasters (hurricanes/tornados / flooding)  specializing in large commercial  losses from office complexes, public utilities, schools/universities to churches.  His vast experience has driven the company to be one of less than 50 in the country to be recognized as a commercial restoration leader.  His team puts the Peace of Mind back into restoration services.

Early in his career he realized the need for “One Stop Shopping” for customers with a fire /water/or mold loss.  In 1997 he created N.E.W. Restoration Services, Inc.  the construction division of the restoration process.  N.E.W. Restoration Services is a preferred vendor for  a number insurance companies across the nation.  The team that Todd has put in place has over 50 years of construction experience from the $100 loss to over $1 million loss.  With this team the “Can Do” attitude is always in place.

Both of his divisions are the top professionals in the business.  They are dedicated to servicing our customer 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year.  Each of them is willing to go the extra mile to restore Peace of Mind.

Dennis Coppens- Sr. Project Manager

Dennis has been a fixture in the Disaster Restoration industry since 1986, which is the same year he started with ServiceMaster of Green Bay. Dennis has worked on or over seen thousands of water and fire restoration projects and is considered an industry expert.  With Dennis on the job you can be assured "Peace of Mind" under any circumstance.

Tom Burch – Project Manager

Tom  is one of our newest members in the Reconstruction area.  He is a motivated, proven performer with extensive construction experience. He also brings over seven years of project management experience with him.  When disaster strikes, Tom’s experience and willingness to help will leave you to worry no more!

Tyler Lane- Project Manager

Tyler has come to us straight from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.  He brings with him 6 years of diverse construction experience and a real can do attitude, there is no project too big or small for Tyler to wrap his arms around.  With Tyler on the job you can be assured “Peace of Mind” under any circumstance.

Kevin Casper - Construction Manager

Kevin has over 12 years in the construction industry and is licensed in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. Kevin is well versed in many aspects of construction and is also certified in Water Damage Restoration. Kevin specializes in commercial and large loss projects. In Kevin's mind there is no such thing as too big a job.

Don Benton - Project Manager

Don has been working in our Ashland, WI office for the past five years. Throughout the past few years, Don has worked within both ServiceMaster and our reconstruction company, N.E.W. Restoration Services. In 2008, he had been promoted to a Project Manager and he continues to grow and develop within the company. Don has now taken on the role of Project Manager for our new ServiceMaster location in Rhinelander, WI.   Don’s experience with both ServiceMaster and N.E.W. Restoration Services will be a great asset to the Rhinelander office. No job is too big or too small for Don to wrap his arms around.
